Default Can't Log Into BES Admin Console

Please Login to Remove!

I've just joined a new company with only some staff using BlackBerry and I'm having trouble logging into the BES admin console.

I thought that it was bad password documentation so I reset the password on the besadmin account. Then I went through all the BlackBerry services and made sure that the new password was consistent with what I just set in AD.

I have confirmed that I can log into the server with the besadmin account now. However, I still can not log into the BES admin console through the web interface. Any help would be much appreciated as I feel like I've hit a wall.

there are about 100+ thing that can cause it but with out log info ( errors from logs) or server versions it will be impossible to assist.

Thanks for the reply. We're running BES version 5 for MS Exchange. I'm not sure of the specific hotfix/SP version. What logs should I provide and where should I be able to find them?

Alright, I've found the logs. Which should I post? We are using BES 5.0.1.34

BAS AS logs with error parts and a few line before and aft

Here is a SQL query to create a BAS login, if there is an issue with Windows Authentication... It will create a BAS Administrative User with a username of 'admin' and a password of 'blackberry'. I recommend you change the password after the account is created..
