I have a client who has a BB 9930. We have BES Version: 5.0.3.41 and Exchange 2003. The user is having a problem with updates to a contact on the BB not sync'ing to Outlook. Updates made to a contact in Outlook will sync to the BB but not the other way around. To complicate matters the contacts that are setup to sync are public folders in Exchange. Anyone have any ideas where to look? Calendar events sync both ways without any issues.I have look all through the settings on the BB and BEs and can't find any reaason why it is not working. Thanks. If I remember correctly, Public Contact Folders are only one-way sync from Exchange --> Handheld.

Only the user's personal contacts will sync 2-way.
