Hi ALL,

I have problems with my BES server when using collaboration service in my production environment.
I'm using BES 5.03 MR 6 with collaboration services with OCS 2007 R2. My BES Server and The OCS 2007 R2 are in the different subdomain and the problems are

1. I couldn't provision my BES server with OCS 2007R2 using BCSProvisioner and there is the error message said that "The blackberry Collaboration server does not exist or not running on appropriate operating system"
(The blackberry collaboration services already installed in my BES Server and the service started successfully and also the BES admin already a member of RTCUniversalServerAdmins)

2. When I look to OCS 2007 R2 events viewer, there is a log that said my BES server already known as a trusted application so I tried to login with Enterprise IM in my mobile device but, when I login to the enterprise IM it said that "The Password was not accepted by system".
(I already filled login name, username and password correctly)

Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue, so I can login to the enterprise IM?

NB: On the preinstallation check list there are no warnings or error messages

So on Enterprise IM Client you have 3 text boxes:
Sign-in name: [your email address]
User name: [your domain\your logon user name]
Password: [your password]

If you fill this boxes correctly then It allow you to logon.
You can also check what is the status on BES console in BlackBerry Solution topology > BlackBerry Domain > Component view > Collaboration >

I already filled that boxes correctly and also I cross check with my ocs account in my PC, but still it said "The Password was not accepted by system".

In the server component view it also said that the collaboration service is running
