And according to this link, it has 6 causes. My users can send emails to other company employee's but cannot email to external addresses. However, I've gone through all 6 and none are incorrect!
the Router is working, the mailboxes are not full, the sendas is being inherited at the domain level , throttling policy is set and LDAP isn't failing!

I'm thinking about doing the fix for LDAP to bypass MAPI and use LDAP for queries.. is this a good idea?
