I think it is because BESAdmin Mailbox is still on the old Ex2003 server. Might have to take the plunge and move him over but was hoping to get the rest of the blackberry users over first...

It won't let me add BESAdmin to the Throttling group that I created on this website, task 6.

you have to move service account in step 3

Will the users still on the old Exchange 2003 server still be ok? That was my main concern in moving BESAdmin over.

yes they will be ok, CDO is backwards compatable to 2003

Went for it. Copied it over (after tweaking Domain Admin Access to BESAdmin), waited nervously. Tested existing handsets - OK! Tried new user sync on Ex2010 - OK!
