Multiple BES environment

Hi,

Soon I'll be taking over a multiple BES environment for a client. I only have experience with individual BES environments. Do you guys have an tips or approaches I should take with this change?

Version BES and mail server? how many users? How many BES?

using same or separate database?

using HA?

Unfortunately I don't have any specifics yet. I assume its BES 5.0.3. I'm trying to write standard maintenance tasks for a SOW.
