Default Deleting user from BAS 5.0.2.28

Please Login to Remove!

Yes-Delete the user
Yes - Delete user and remove the BB information from the user's mail system.

Whats the difference between these 2 deletions?
Which is Better?

Yes - Delete user and remove the BB information from the user's mail system.

deletes the hidden info in the mailbox, usually not big but it can contain searches that user has done.

If removing from BES I always remove this info too.

When u say "hidden info in the mailbox", what u referring 2?
I mean u said searches are one, but wat are others?

this hidden fodler exists for me
BlackBerryHandheldInfo

sub folders
BlackBerryCalSyncState
BlackBerryICSState
BlackBerryMsgOnDeviceSearchFolder
BlackBerryRefIDSearchFolder1_7
BlackBerrySynch

You can use MFCMAPI to see it, but be careful as you can screw things up fast with it.
PFDAVAdmin can show it permissions too and some contents.
