BES account cross forest migration
 

Hi All,

I want to migrate some of BES user accounts to the new forest, in this scenario I freshly install new BES server v5.0 and new Exchange 2010, so BES account using different mailbox.
Is it possible using Blackberry Transporter tool to migrate BES user accounts from the Old forest to the new forest without reactivating the handheld again?
Or maybe there are some best practices how to migrate the user account?

are they in the same exchange org?

If yes then it can be done with 2 way trust

If no then you will have to backup, wipe, selective restore, activate on new mailbox.
Or use B nator to move them over which is not cheap.
