Problem with Email (send/receive) on one exchange server
 

we have some of exchange server (for example A, B, C, D)
we have only one BES server
all users in one of our exchange server (for example exchange server C ) cannot send and receive email

C is located in other town, phone provider said that they have no problem since
all users can do browsing to Internet and phone number not blocked
I did test using blackberry with Wifi but the email problem still exist

we did hard reset, rebooted exchange server ( c ), rebooted BES server
any troubleshooting suggestion will be appreciate

What versions of BES and Exchange are you using?

Does Exchange server C have the same versions of mapi32.dll and cdo.dll as the others?

What version are all the mail servers?
What version CDO.DLL on BES?

What is you ping time on C?

How many BES users on each exchange server
