BESX 5.0.3 remote wipe device?
 

i have installed bes express 5.0.3

according to the specs you can "Impose device lock-downs or wipe data from lost or stolen devices"

the link quoted is BlackBerry - BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express - BESX Software - BlackBerry US specs

however using BAS i can only see where to specify password and lock device

but i don't see where to wipe data? am i missing something?

in the "manage users" view of the console,
right click on a user, then, under "device actions" you should see the option to erase and disable the handheld.
