we have bes express 5 and exchange 2010. our users use outlook 2007 in non cached mode.

by default the bes is set up to sync inbox and sent items. one users wanted a few extra folders so i set this up under his account.

when he moved an e mail from his inbox to one of the other folders set to sync on the blackberry it does not seem to move it in his outlook.

is there a setting im missing somewhere?

The folders will be synchronize with the server, not with the pst. Check the owa, or webmail.
