BESX and WhatsAPP push notification

Hi all,

I have some blackberry configured to a BESX. I tried to install on a 9790 WhatsAPP but the Push notification by BIS doesn't work.
In WhatsApp configuration I read: "BIS Push notification: enabled (Error).
How can I enable push notification by BIS to save Blackberry battery?
Is there a problem in my BESX's configuration?
