This morning I found that I can't access the BAS externally. I'm greeted with 'IE cannot display this webpage." I can however RDP into the BES and access the BAS in IE on the BES itself. I'm running BES 5.0.3 MR6 on Win2k3 SP2. Any ideas.

I didn't bother to check the BAS logs since I can still get to it if I RDP into the VM and open IE remotely. Looks like a network/VPN issue. I reached out to my clients' sysadmin and will see what happens.

Did you try the FQDN? Mine doesn't respond with just the host name.

Yes I did. I have to use FQDN normally. Really weird deal is that its working today and the clients' sysadmin didn't make changes overnight.
