Default Message prepopulation settings

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
a user has requested to us to have all his e-mail messages on blackberry.
I've seen this article:
KB04713-How to enable message prepopulation for all BlackBerry smartphone users on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
But here i found that the maxium value to use are 30days and 3000 messages.
There is a possibility to save on BlackBerry all the messages in user's mailbox ?
Thanks

Not via pre-population, no. If the user needs to see older email, they can do a remote lookup for specific mail from the device.

Well, doing the remote lookup I'll find all messages listed on the device ?

Yes. But they are not stored on the device, it is just a remote lookup. If you need to store them, see here:

Why can't I find all my e-mails on my Blackberry?
