My normal login doesn't work anymore, so I had to create a new account
I have a customer on BES 22.214.171.124 and I need to upgrade it to BESX 5.0.3 as we have an app I need to deploy and the developer tells me that the current BES will not work.
I have done a cut over in the past between BESX 5.0.3 installs, but is it possible to do the same (ie backing up the database and restoring it) between BES 126.96.36.199 and BESX? As it would save me having to re-activate all the Blackberry's.
This install is on Lotus Domino, local database.
Any help or advice would be greatly recieved!
