|  Besx won't prepopulate old message

I've a besx server 5.0.3.41 togheter with exchange 2007 sp3 rollup 7..
All was working fine till sp3 rollup 7 upgrade.. after that I've a problem installing new user on a device .
I setted prepopulation on besx console for 500 messages and 30 day.. and I forced prepopulation for new device..
When i make enterprice activation all seems to work fine.. address book is syncronized, but messages was not been sync... i receive only new message but old was not loaded..
I looked in the system log but nothing interesting..
Someone has an idea to find the problem (and maybe solve it ;) )...
I also tried to change user and device... same situation... |
