Cannot view PDF attachments
 

Hello everyone,

All of a sudden we have lost the ability to view attachments on the 9300 handsets using OS6.
We have 9360 handsets using OS 7.1 and they can view the same attachments fine. All handsets are using the same BES policy

There have been no changes that I am aware of for these to stop working. .DOC and .XLS attachments can be viewed ok, it just seems to be a

Our BES was 503 MR7 but I've updated to MR8 today in case this fixed the problem.

Any idea what may cause this problem?

Hello again,

Further to the above it looks like our OS 6 on the 9300 only has Documents to Go Standard and we need premium to view PDF attachments. No idea why this has all of a sudden just started happening as we could view them in the past.
OS7 has Documents to Go with PDF built in which is why the 9360 devices can open the PDF attachments.
Has anyone else seen this and is there a way around having to purchase Documents to Go Premium?
A bit hard if we have a service working and then it just stops and we have to pay for something we did have for free.

BES uses a distiller to open PDF on OS6. did you try restarting the attachment service?
