|  BES 5.0 Software configuration to Push language packs to devices

My configuration is :
BES 5.0.3 MR 8
Exchange 2003
I'm searching a way to push the asian language on twenty devices 8520 without passing by desktop manager. Is there a way to do by the BES please ? Software configuration maybe ? I searched around but nothing.
