Here's an oddball issue one of my users is having... Anyways, the user has a BB 9650 and is on BES (naturally) and whenever he receives e-mails on his BB, he'll open it, read it, close out and back out to the home screen, then re-open his messages and the message just openly disappears off the BB. I checked in Outlook for any type of auto filter, but none are set and everything stays in the inbox. The users inbox is filled with numerous fresh unread e-mails still but lacks most e-mails on his device. Any ideas? Could it be a setting on the phone?

Check the setting on the device to see if hide filed messages in enabled. If so, disable the option to see if that helps.

Alright I'll have him check that, thanks much! If that isn't the problem any other suggestions on what could be causing the problem? I've gone over my 9650 in and out and can't find a setting that's why I'm a bit lost.
