Default Can't add user. Mailbox deleted. MAPI call failed.

Please Login to Remove!

I've just done an install of version 4.
When i try to add a user I get the followng error: user can not be added to the BlackBerry server. The users mailbox might have been deleted.
This happens no matter what user i try to add.
In the MNGR log I get a message saying "MAPI call failed. You do not have permission to create a subfolder in this folder.

I have checked the BESadmin permissions and they're all set as required.
I've run the IEMS test and that was successful.

It's exchange server 2003 with sp2 applied. Sp2 has not been applied to the BES as that's not supported by RIM yet. This means that the MAPI32 and cdo.dll files are different on the two machines. I spoke to T-Mobile who said it should be able to work like that.
When I realised I was having problems I tried to copy the files over from the exchange but that didn't make a difference and I have now changed it back to what it was (6.5.6944.1)

Has anyone experienced this before?

Wich version of BES 4 do you have. You need SP3 to get it work with Exchange 2003 SP2. And better to install also all SP3 Hotfixen.

Default

I gave the besadmin account full exhnage rights and that solved the problem.
I didn't apply any service packs yet but will do that when all users are back in the office.
Now that I got it working I don't want to mess around with it in case something goes wrong.

Thanks for your help.
