multiple MAPI profiles

Hi

I am wondering if we can have more than one MAPI profile for BES . So in case if mail server for the first mapi profile is down you can switch on to other mapi profile.

Any views if its possible ?

no, But you can have a separate MAPI profile for each BES. It is nice to have a BESAdmin account local to the BES server as no mail via BES once the mail server is down that contains teh BESadmin account

We have 6 BES in HA pair so we need 3 MAPI profiles

are your BES in different geological locations? Then yes make extra MAPI profiles so each BES has a local service account.

If all in same datacenter, the extra ones wont help much.
