Hello,

I am trying to install hot fix 4 for my BES 4.0 SP3 installation. I am running Windows 2003 Std Server with all the latest patches. I am using SQL Server 2000.

Whenever I try to install the hot fix 4, it asks for the original installation CD. So, I put it in but it continues to ask for the original installation CD.

Any thoughts?

Unpack the SP3 in a temp directory (with winzip) or start the SP3 then copy the installation files from a subdir from the temp dir and quit the SP3 installation.

Then again your HF4 and point to the directory where you unpacked or coppied SP3.
