Password Keeper - can BES admin access the data?

Please can somebody let me know if my BES admin user could access my password-keeper data as i know it is backed up and synced with the server.

I recently activated a new handset and my password-keeper data from my old handset appeared in the new handset letting me know it must be stored on the BES - but could an admin user have access to the actual unencrypted data?

I sometimes use the password keeper 'notes' section for storing private text away from my email or notes applications which are synced with outlook.

admins can restore it to a new device but with out having your password it is useless to them
