We had a problem earlier with blackberry devices syncing (resolved by rebooting the BESX server). However, my boss sent a number of emails from his device during the time of the problem and obviously, they never reached their intended destination. Now everything is back up and working again, these sent items still aren't syncing back to the Exchange. Is this normal? Is there much I can do about it?

Does he get a red cross to the left of the sent messages? If so he can just resend.
If you see the tick mark, then the messages have been sent.
