Default Server name for Exchange 2010 seems different from 2007

Please Login to Remove!

We are going to move the besadmin mailbox to the Exchange 2010 server. The steps involve moving the mailbox and also changing the MAPI profile to reflect the new name of the server. The 2007 is cfctex03 and the new sever is a DAG(data access group) and the very intelligent admin for says she believes the name is CFDAG, possibly cfmail, but expects the field to self populate once it has been moved. Her account says it is on "casarray.commonfund.org" as the server name.

Is there any way to determine the server name in Exchange 2010 so the i can put it in the MAPI profile field?

You would find that in Outlook under account settings.

The DAG is for mailbox servers, not CAS servers, so the DAG name has no relevance to BES. You'll be looking for the CAS array name for BES, because that's what MAPI will connect to.
