Default synchronization issue after a domino issue

Hi,

yesterday, some mail files of blackberry users was automatically archived by the domino server. then all the mails was putted out of the blackberry.
i made a restore of these mail files ..but the mails are not showing up on the blackberry devices, cause i suppose the "flag" is set to "already sync" for these emails.

is it a way to reset these flag or to have them sync one time again without making a re-activation of these users on the BES server ?
