Default Calendar not Synching

Please Login to Remove!

One other user and I are having a problem with calendar items. If I accept an invite on my Outlook, it does not show up on my blackberry calendar. The invitation itself never shows in my inbox on the blackberry so I can't accept it there. Also any changes I make to my existing calendar do not synch.

Unfortunately finding help on this is difficult becuase everything it about synching using desktop manager. We are using BES 5.0.3, Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010. I have a 9810 and the other user has a 9900. The only thing in common between them is the same OS 7 version.

Thanks!

Hmm, I really should make sure I am awake when I post... We are using BESX 5.0.3. All other users except two are working. So I think that kills most of the ideas in the synch troubleshooting article. We are using CDO though.

Can you check on the device, if Calendar Wireless Sync is ticked?

Does the besadmin account have Full Access permission of your mailbox? I can't remember what the symptoms are if it doesn't, but it might be this.
