move users from LN BES to Exchange BES

We are going to migrate from LotusNotes to Exchange (snif..). We have a BES for Lotusnotes (bes4 on 8.5)and a BES for exchange (BES5.0.3 on Ex2010)
Our users are all haveing the same email domain and we will not be able to migrate all BB users at once. How do I set up my environment so that the migrated users can wipe their handheld and do a new activation to the new BES-EXchange server, using the same internet email address ?

thanks,
Peter

how many users?

i ask because if many you might want to look at bnator to do the move with out wiping. it is not free though.

or you have to backup, wipe, restore, activate on new server which can be easy once you exchange domain is set to recieve emails first and those not on it will goto LN.

Re: move users from LN BES to Exchange BES

It's about 150 users in one email domain.
we will create all users in advance and set an activation password valid for 2 weeks or so.

We will use internal mail routing between LN and EX using temporaty internal domains that we use for alias and forwarding addresses.

Question is : once a user is over to exchange while the mail for his domain is still being delivered to LN and then forwarded to his exchange mailbox, will we be able to wipe and activate his handheld and will it point to the exchange server ?

you might need to make exchange the primary to forward to LN or activation might fail
