Hi,

User1 has access to User2's exchange account through adding an additional mailbox in Outlook, User1 delete's an email from User2's account, the email doesn't delete from User2's Blackberry.

If User2 deletes something from User2's exchange account, the email deletes from the device.

Is that a known security feature? Is there a way around it? User1 is a secretary to User2 and filters emails for them to see.

does user have reconcile enabled on device?

do you have hard deletes enabled on BES?

Just regular deletes.

Yes, reconcile is enabled and doing a manual reconcile doesn't effect it either.

How do i check that on BES 5?
