I have a user that failed the activation all the time after changing the device.
The only way to activate successfully was delete and recreate the user on the BES.

Now, is there any way to recover the information from the Password Keeper that this user had prior to the deletion?

not unless you have a backup of the database to restore on BES

once you remove a user from BES it deletes the backup info which is encrypted in the BES database.

Thanks for your quick response, I do have a backup of the BES SQL database. I can restore it to a different db and get the necessary data?

you have to restore the database to your current BES to get it back
