Hi Everybody!
One of our employees few days ago had (for my point of view) a ordinary question; sitting offside without connection to our network (waht means no connection to exchange) he got an email with attached contents.
He wanted to transfer the attachement to his notebook because it had to be added into a customer presentation.
I had to learn (acknowledged by the Blackberry hotline) that it is not possible to synchronize the Blackberry with an offline used outlook. For synchronization the desktop computer has to be connected with the Exchange server??? Is this really correct? I tried several ways (with private folders, additional sync-software.....) with no success!
Any advice anybody?

The person can forward the email to a personal email account.

Thanks, but I forgot to tell that there is also no connection to internet or other network. The notebook is stand-alone when the message is received by Blackberry!

Then there is no way. The attachment in an email is not on the BlackBerry. If you open it on the BlackBerry the Attachment services will render it and send it as "blackberry readable" tekst, in 2kb packages.
He need access to internet, or use an other pc connected to internet, or use his BlackBerry as an Modem... or use a product as Impatica (to use the BlackBerry for presenting powerpoint presentations).
