Reassign Blackberry to different user
 

Since most of our sites have switched entirely to ActiveSync it's been a while since I've had to deal with the twitchy beast that is Blackberry Enterprise Server so I'm a little rusty on simple tasks...

I have a fired user with an activated phone associated to him.

I have a replacement employee who needs that same phone associated to him.

Same location, same servers, wow can I quickly and easily shift the phone from one person to another person by simply clicking a few items in BAS?

Delete the fired employee from the BES server and do a security wipe on the handset.

Create the new employee and generate an activation password, then go into enterprise activation on the phone and activate the new user with his email address and activation password.

Thanks, I thought there was a simpler way to do it but I suppose I've been working too long with other products and my memory's not as good as I'd like!
