New user creation

Hi,
we have an active directory forest with 3 domain.
The BES server is installed in one of the two child domain. I've seen that trying to find a user, to enable it, I receive only user from the child domain where BES server is installed :( How can I expand the search to the other child domain?
BES 5.0.4 on Windows 2003 sp2

Solved modifing a Registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents and modifing DWORD value for LDAPSearch from 1 to 0
