not syncing past email after handset change
We are running BES express 18.104.22.168 and recently if I replace a device or wipe and re-activate a device it will only sync emails going forward and not show any previous emails.
When I used to do this in the past we would get previous emails without issue now they don't show up.
We had the following error numerous times every few mins in event log, I checked online and fixed this error by changing the sql server service account to the same as domain name\besadmin account. The error 373 still shows but not very often.
The description for Event ID 373 from source Blackberry Notification System cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table
Any help would be appreciated and this issue started after we returned from the xmas holidays.
