Cannot install BES 10

Keeps on saying CAL Field is invalid, even tho I got the cals by email.

I can't even get the download link. I filled in the form, but unlike usual, i did not receive a download link it just said, it will be reviewed and gave me order ID. I thought it was a trial? usually i just fill in the form with fake info and get the download. :(

For example i put the name field as IT Support. Do you think i will have to redo the form?

edit: Never mind i got the download link :D
