Default 2.2 SP 6A upgrade issue on Domino

Please Login to Remove!

After upgrading to version 2.2 SP 6A, I am seeing a number of messages similar to the following for a number of users:
[10475] (02/14 07:17:50):{0x1104} Already attempted to open message 1752A for user Scott Youlden/IS/US/BAYER: skipping now
[10475] (02/14 07:17:50):{0x1104} Already attempted to open message 1752E for user Scott Youlden/IS/US/BAYER: skipping now
[10475] (02/14 07:17:50):{0x1104} Already attempted to open message 17532 for user Scott Youlden/IS/US/BAYER: skipping now

The message numbers don't seem to tie back to any Note ID. I can't seem to get much of an answer out of RIM on this and was wondering if anyone else has seen this. I don't know whether this is a real issue or not. It seems to be different people on different days and sporadic at best.
System information: Windows 2000 server, SP4, Domino 6.5.2. About 580 users.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had those before...after a new install to 4.0.2 for BESN. It seems that the BES polling of the users' mail file conflicts with other normal Domino related tasks. In my case it always seem to start around 1:00Am -> 2:00AM on some mornings, for some users. That's when the usual domino server tasks run - update, designer e.g. -
This translated into APB messages being generated for those users affected. Eventually we had to apply some hotfixes which didn't get rid of it entirely at first, but they seem to have gone away now.
A couple of things to try....compact, fixup and updall...on some of the affected users.
Also do a check on the hotfixes and latest service packs for your BES version to see what's applicable to the described problem.
