Please Login to Remove!

Okay I finally upgraded to SP3 then followed with the hotfix 2 install.

Connection to the database, network & SRP are all valid or verified.

Any assistance appreciated!

Did you manually re-point the BES to the config database? Are all the BES services running? What does the BES logs indicate - DISP, SYNC, MAGT..? Is this domino, groupwise or exchange?

This problem is fairly common from reading the forum and seems to be due to a DB Upgrade failure. You will need to contact RIM.
