Default NSFDbGetNoteInfo failed for Dummy User/SDFG/00/DUMMY (The server is not responding)

Our BES For IBM Domino Notes log files have the following entry:

[10415] (12/07 15:14:39):{0x1100} {ProcessStatusUpdates} NSFDbGetNoteInfo failed for Dummy User/SDFG/00/DUMMY (The server is not responding) The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists. 0x0807)

Q) Any idea why we are getting this and how can this issue be addressed? What server is being mentioned?

I believe the domino mail server is the one that's not responding. Try running the following tasks at the domino server console (BES server) "sh us debug" or "trace server/organization". This should show all the TCPIP connections to the BES server or if it is able to actually connect at the TCPIP level.
