Default BES5 Resource Kit - reload user and/or static agent

Please Login to Remove!

Can I use the resource kit on a 503MR8 BES to do a "reload user" on multiple users?

Can I somehow turn on a static mailbox agent and assign an agent ID to multiple users?

Thank you in advance!
