Default BES Collaboration Service, Lync 2013 and Enterprise IM

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

We recently upgraded from OCS 2007 R2 to Lync 2013, and our Enterprise IM client from 2.5.46 to 2.6.15. The collaboration service on the BES was upgraded and everything is working fine, except users are asking why they can no longer see the "Away times" beside contact names. The previous client showed if a user was away for 15 mins, 2 hours, 2 days, etc...

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Matt
