I've got an iPhone and two Android devices activated on BES10 but none of them are receiving any mail.
I created an ActiveSync profile and assigned it to all three. On the iPhone, the mailbox appears but gives errors saying "Cannot get mail. The connection to the server failed". On one of the Androids, the user downloaded Touchdown as we're supposed to do but nothing is showing up after activating the device.
I have some errors from the iPhone's console but I can't post them here since they contain URLs and my post count isn't high enough to allow for those. They don't look like they say much anyway.
I also want to confirm our Exchange server doesn't need to be publicly available (as in, outside of our network).
Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?
