I have installed the BlackBerry Collaboration Service on our BES 10.1 Server and configured it to point to our Sametime 8.5.2 Server, much the same settings as BES 5.0.4.
I have added the IP Address of the BES 10.1 Server to the Trusted Servers List on our Sametime Server.
We have upgraded a Z10 to the latest 10.1 OS and installed the Enterprise IM 220.127.116.116 App.
When we try and sign in we get the error "Cannot Sign In: The server is currently unavailable. Please try again later".
I cannot find any errors in the Logs but noticed this Post on the BlackBerry Forums.
