I have a couple of users that are recieving the policy update message on their device every 15 minutes. I have 100 other users on the same policy that are not.... any suggestions?

well i just got off the phone with rim and it looks like it is an issue with handheld version 3.8 running on BES 4.0.3 hf-4... hopefully updating them will help.
