Default Exchange 2010 Multiple CASArrays, Load Balancer, and BB10

Whats the best way to handle this setup for BB10?

We have multiple internal casarrays designated for each region and need to bypass our Load Balancer (setting Host Record) per RIM documents.

What IP should be used? For USA I have a couple dedicated CAS servers in the same subnet as the bb10 server just for it to use. Should i use the IP from these 2 cas servers for each of the regions or do i need to designate a regional cas server IP for each one?

Host Record
IP - region1casarray #USA
IP - region2casarray #Australia
IP - region3casarray #Europe

and so on.
