Default OpenMsgStore() for this profile failed (8004011d) - Exchange 2007 -> 2010 Migration

Dear all

We have a BES 5 server originally with an Exchange 2007

We are now migrating to Exchange 2010, but as is a large environment (more than 2k users) we are now on a coexistence configuration.

The thing is, when we move some users to the new exchange 2010 databases, and i make an iemstest to them i get this:

Opening Default Message Store Mailbox - besadmin

User : Opening message store using
user: OpenMsgStore failed (8004011d)
user: CDO Server Name: webmail.domain.com
user: CDO Mailbox DN: /o=domain/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=User
user: CDO logon successful
user: CDO COM exception: Code = 800407
05, WCode = 0505, Code meaning = IDispatch error #1285
Description = The attempt to log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER(8004011D)]].
user: CDO test failed
user: No Send As permission for the {domain\besadmin} account operator.

The besadmin user is still on the 2007 server and i have checked several times all the permissions on the new server and databases, and executed all powershells on the blackberry kb

Any tips on how we can proceed?

Thanks!!!

KB22601-How to migrate from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or 2007 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 in a BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 environment

You have to follow the above KB and you cant keep the service account on 2007 in coexistence with 2010
