Hi Guys,

i am having problems with trying to open jpeg and gif attachments on my BB.

i have read through all the posts (well most of them) regarding this and have tried most of the suggestions.

when i click on open attachment it tries to get the info but returns saying "Unrecognized document format"

my BB is a 7290 we on BES 4.x and jpeg's and gif's are selected in the Format Extensions under Attachment Server in the BES Configuration.
also resent service books.


can anyone let me know if i have to do anything or if something's not right by the sound of my situation and the error message?

We had problem that sounds like that and upgradeing to the latest servce pack fixed our problem.
