My question is regarding missing phone numbers in the Handheld Configuration Tool. We have over 1100 BlackBerry users, most of which do not show a phone number on the Handheld Config Tool. We really need these numbers and do not know why they are not populating.

Most devices are Cingular.
Most devices are 4.0 or higher.
Many users are still using and older version (3.6) of Desktop Manager.

Is this most likely the carrier, the Handheld code, the HH Config Tool or the Desktop Manager?

Any help would save my skin...

If your BES is also 4 and your still like to use the Desktop Manager you need to upgrade the Desktop Manager to 4 as well. If you use the old version in combination with BES 4 your users get also sync problems.
