please am having a problem with my phone, i want to activate my email and its asking me for enterprise activation. i enter my email and password but its not working. please help because am unable to browse with my phone. i dont know the correct email and password and how i can remove it and use my normal bis.

Sounds like the data plan is not on the phone. you need to call your carrier to make sure it is enabled as you only have enterprise activation.
