Default Upgrade Guide Express -> Server 5.04

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using Blackberry Enterprise Server Express 5.04. Now I want upgrade to the "normal" full version of the Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.04 (for Exchange 2007). Is an Upgrade Guide available? I can't find the correct document on the BlackBerry Docs site?

Or - even better - is there a tutorial/guide everywhere?
