Default BES10 email profile change won't apply on the device

Please Login to Remove!

For our new Exchange environment we've set up a second email profile and assigned it to several users. After one day most of these users still have the old email profile on their devices.

On the BAS I'cant verify whether the new email profile was applied successfully or not.

Any experiences with this?
